Located at Rapakiventie 12 in Pihlajamäki, there are two six-story apartment buildings completed in 1993 and fully renovated in 2021. There are a total of 48 apartments in the buildings. As part of the renovation, the kitchens, bathrooms, and flooring materials have been renewed, and the walls and ceilings repainted. In addition to the new surfaces, the bathrooms and kitchens have received new fixtures and appliances, including a dishwasher and a ceramic hob with a convection oven.

Tenants have access to various communal facilities to facilitate living and storage, including a free laundry room, storage units, cellar, stroller storage, outdoor equipment storage, and a residents’ lounge, where they can organize events among themselves or for personal use, such as children’s parties or graduation celebrations.

Public transportation is excellent, both to the city center and to places like Malmi. You can reach Helsinki city center in 30 minutes. For drivers, Pihlajamäki is conveniently located, with easy access to Ring Road 1 and the Lahti highway.

There are a total of 48 apartments in the buildings, ranging in size from 49 to 72.5 m2, including two-bedroom and three-bedroom units. The apartments are suitable for both couples and small families. Pets are welcome.

The floors are vinyl planks, and the bathrooms are tiled. The kitchens are equipped with a dishwasher, ceramic hobs, and a fridge-freezer. Water and DNA’s 50 Mbit/s internet connection are included in the rent. Each apartment also features a glazed balcony, adding comfort and extra space to the living area. The ground-floor apartments have terraces.

Smoking is prohibited indoors. All apartments are subject to income limits.
