All Laajaniitynkuja buildings feature excellent common facilities. The rent includes not only a laundry room and drying room but also communal facilities designed for tenants’ use. Tenants also have access to individual storage units for personal belongings and a separate storage room for outdoor equipment and strollers. The common facilities of Laajaniitynkuja 5’s buildings and the studio apartment specifically reserved for guests in the A-building are available to all residents.

A, B, and C buildings:

The ground floor of the A-building features larger three and four-bedroom apartments designed for communal living. These apartments can accommodate family members, relatives, or friends living together. The new shared apartments (Yhdessä-asunnot) are rented to groups of three or four individuals, each with their own lease agreement. Shared apartments can be applied for using a separate application form. Explore the apartments and submit your application.

The A-building also includes a separate studio apartment that residents can reserve for overnight guests. The studio is furnished in a hotel-like style and includes a bed, bathroom, and kitchen for cooking. Reservations for the studio are made through an electronic booking system, and there is a reservation fee. Guests must bring their own bedding and towels. The top floor of the A-building features communal facilities for residents and communal saunas with magnificent views. The first floor of the building also includes two remote workspaces that can be reserved for personal use. The building lobby contains a Posti pickup point for collecting packages, returning online purchases, and sending prepaid parcels via OmaPosti. There is also a dedicated storage space for bicycles on the ground floor.

The ground floor of the B-building houses the Pilke daycare center Vauhtiniitty, which focuses on physical activity. The playroom and inner courtyard play area in the building are available to residents when the daycare center is closed.

The C-building features a separate mudroom with washing facilities, making it easy to clean items such as bicycles or pets’ paws after outdoor activities. The C-building also includes a workshop for residents’ communal use.

Tenants can rent parking spaces in the parking structure or on the grounds. Parking spaces are limited, and if there are more applicants than available spaces, they will be allocated by lottery.

Smoking is prohibited in all indoor and outdoor areas of the A, B, and C buildings. There are income limits for these buildings.
