Two three-story apartment buildings are being completed at Isoseppälä 10 in Klaukkala, Nurmijärvi, in October-November 2024. The buildings will offer a variety of apartments, ranging from studios to family apartments. Tenants will have access to a communal space for hosting events and gatherings, as well as a laundry room. The buildings have elevators.

Tenants will also have access to a shared sauna, laundry room, drying room, and 48 parking spaces, five of which are equipped with electric vehicle charging stations. The outdoor storage area will include charging facilities for electric bikes.

Pets are welcome, and the entire building and property are smoke-free.

The rent includes electricity and a 50 Mb/s internet connection. Water costs €17 per person per month and is adjusted twice a year based on consumption.

Klaukkala as a residential area
