Of these, 67 are rental apartments managed by M2-Kodit, while the remaining units are right-of-occupancy homes provided by the Yrjö and Hanna Kodit Foundation.

The building’s communal areas will include a service lobby on the ground floor, where residents can access their mailboxes. The ground floor will also house storage spaces for prams, outdoor equipment, and personal belongings. The second floor will feature a shared residents’ lounge and two laundry rooms. Sauna facilities will be located on the 7th and 10th floors. These communal areas will be shared with the right-of-occupancy residents.

The property will have 23 parking spaces available. For visitors, there are parking spaces in the Verkkosaari and Kalasatama areas, either disc-controlled or pay-per-use.
