Information

Mannisenrinne 14 is a development completed in 2020, consisting of two buildings and a total of 48 apartments. The buildings are unique, being Finland’s first entirely solid wood-framed apartment buildings.

The buildings offer excellent communal facilities. Both buildings have storage units and stroller storage. Building B also includes a laundry room, drying room, and a cozy sauna and tenant space available to tenants of both buildings.

The rent includes a 50 Mbps internet connection from DNA and the use of the laundry room. The water fee is €17 per person per month and is adjusted twice a year based on consumption. Sauna sessions can be booked through an electronic booking system and cost €5 per session.

There are 30 parking spaces with electrical outlets. One of the parking spaces is for those with mobility impairments, and four are for electric cars. The buildings have elevators. The development is smoke-free, and pets are welcome.

Palokka as a residential area

Mannisenrinne is part of the Palokka area, one of the most attractive and rapidly growing areas in Jyväskylä, with over 14,000 residents. The area offers diverse services, including Mankola School and several kindergartens. The Palokka shopping center provides a wide range of shopping opportunities. Mannisenrinne is located about five kilometers from Jyväskylä city center, with good transport connections, including bus routes to the city center and other parts of the city.
