A five-story rental building at Lyyrapyrstö 2 in Tampere’s Hervantajärvi area was completed in August 2023. This building, with a total of 93 apartments, offers a variety of options for both individuals and small families. Hervantajärvi, Tampere’s southernmost neighborhood, combines a close-to-nature setting with excellent transport connections to the city center.

The apartments feature efficient layouts without wasted space, catering to both single tenants and families. Residents have access to shared facilities, including a laundry room, drying room, and a communal lounge with three reservable workspaces, ideal for remote work.
