In a prime location right in the center of Nokia, at Kauppakatu 5, stands a cozy 9-story rental building completed in 2021. The building offers tenants shared facilities such as a cozy sauna, a laundry room, drying rooms, and a common area for hosting community or private events. Additionally, the building has storage spaces for outdoor equipment and strollers, as well as a bicycle washing area. All apartments come with their own storage units.

There are 47 parking spaces, six of which are for electric cars and one for those with mobility impairments. Parking spaces with electrical outlets are located in the garage and on the parking deck. Nokia city center as a residential area

The Kauppakatu building is ideally located at the corner of Härkitie and Kauppakatu, opposite the pleasant green area of Poutunpuisto. The comprehensive service selection of Nokia city center is just a stone’s throw away. Within walking distance are the Virta library and cultural center, the swimming hall, and the health center.

From the city center, it’s convenient to travel to Nokia’s schools and kindergartens, making it an ideal location for families with children. Nokia also offers several beaches, the closest to the city center being the Alinen beach, located three kilometers away.

In addition to Nokia’s services, Kauppakatu offers excellent connections to Tampere. A bus stop just a few minutes’ walk away provides access to Nysse buses, which reach Tampere city center in 30 minutes. Nokia train station is about 600 meters away, with a 15-minute journey to Tampere.

The building has a total of 84 apartments, consisting of studios, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom apartments. Apartment sizes range from 30-square-meter studios to 74-square-meter two-bedrooms. The apartments are equipped with high-quality surface materials, including laminate flooring, dishwashers, and fridge-freezers. Bathrooms are tiled and have provisions for washing machines and dryers. All apartments feature a glazed balcony.
