Report an urgent fault
If you detect a fault in your building or flat that requires immediate attention, such as water damage, call the maintenance company immediately, regardless of the time.

We prefer you contact us either online or by phone. M2-Kodit also has regional offices, where you can discuss matters concerning building management and renting services face to face. You can fill out an application for a flat at the office, submit your notice or ask about matters related to the tenancy.
