The extended opening hours on the first and last weekday of each month are from 9 am to 4 pm.

Calling numbers pays a local network charge from the domestic landline network and a mobile phone charge charged by the caller’s operator when calling from a mobile phone.

On Tuesday 22nd of June our customer service opens at 10am

On Thursday 24th of June our customer service closes at 1pm

Report an urgent fault

If you detect a fault in your building or flat that requires immediate attention, such as water damage, call the maintenance company immediately, regardless of the time.

Housing counselling

The M2-Kodit housing counselling supports you in problematic issues. Contact our housing counsellor if you

  • need advice in relation to, for example, paying rent,
  • applying for housing allowance or other benefits,
  • maintaining neighbour relations or
  • during eviction threats

Regional offices

We prefer you contact us either online or by phone. M2-Kodit also has regional offices, where you can discuss matters concerning building management and renting services face to face. You can fill out an application for a flat at the office, submit your notice or ask about matters related to the tenancy.
