Exceptions to customer service opening hours!
On Wednesday 20.5. we are open from 9 am to 3 pm
On Friday 22.5. we are closed
Open Mon-Fri 9 am–3 pm
Extended opening hours: The telephone service is open longer on the first and last weekday of each month from 9 am to 4 pm.
The call costs the price determined by your operator. If you call from a landline, the call costs the local network fee.

We will help you with questions related to your apartment application. Please note that we are unable to provide you with the status of your application – there are many applications and we will process them as soon as possible.

For residents – Are you a resident of M2-Koti?
Manage your housing-related matters in OmaM2 – open 24/7. There you will find building information, announcements, your payment information and you can submit a change notification.
If you cannot find the answer in OmaM2, our customer service will help you on weekdays from 9 am to 3 pm.
Urgent Maintenance Requests
Call your maintenance company immediately if you notice a problem in your house or apartment that needs urgent repair, such as a water leak or other problem that endangers your living conditions.
Non-urgent maintenance requests
Report non-urgent faults by filling out the form online. Non-urgent faults are those that do not endanger your home.
