New buildings
M2-Kodit constructs new buildings every year. Information and application periods for new buildings are announced before the completion of the building.
Fill in the apartment application for a new building on our website. If you already have a valid apartment application in our system, you can update the application on our website or by contacting our customer service. Residential selection for new buildings is carried out based on the applications received during the application period. After the application period, the apartments are subject to continuous application.
All new buildings are smoke-free.
