In Espoo’s Suurpelto area, at Klariksentie 2, there are four rental buildings completed in 2010. These buildings offer nearly a hundred apartments suitable for various life situations.

There are excellent shared facilities available, including a laundry room, drying room, and a resident lounge, all included in the rent. Residents can plan communal activities in the resident lounge and acquire sports equipment. Already enhancing the living comfort and community spirit are amenities such as a billiards table and gym equipment.

Suurpelto residential area

Suurpelto is located in the heart of Southern Espoo. Construction in the area began in 2007, with the first buildings completed on Klariksentie at the turn of the decade. Two of the stylish apartment buildings on Klariksentie are low-energy buildings (A and B), and the D building houses a daycare center. As the area is relatively new, the buildings remain in pristine condition, enhancing residential comfort for occupants. The area’s location near Turunväylä and Kehä II, as well as Länsiväylä, the coastal railway, and the upcoming metro, is convenient. There are 99 apartments ranging in size from 41 to 75.5 m2. The building offers studios, one-bedroom, two-bedroom, and three-bedroom apartments to meet the needs of singles, couples, and families with children. Pets are also welcome.

Rent includes a 50 Mbit/s internet connection, water, and access to a communal laundry room. Residents have shared access to a resident lounge, free laundry facilities, and a drying room. The building features a sauna that residents can reserve for private use, and some apartments also include a private sauna.

Each apartment includes a glazed balcony, enhancing comfort and providing additional space, especially during the summer months.
