In Munkkivuori’s Talinranta, at Taiteentekijäntie 7, stand apartment buildings completed in 1992 and fully renovated in 2019 as part of Koti kuntoon-renovation project. As a result of the renovation, the apartments received new surfaces, appliances, and plumbing fixtures. Dishwashers were installed in all units to enhance tenants’ daily living. The bathrooms received a fresh new look with new tiling.

For tenants’ enjoyment, the buildings offer a resident lounge where both communal and private events can be organized. Storage needs are met with individual storage rooms for belongings, a stroller storage, and an outdoor equipment storage. Sauna turns can be booked at the building sauna. There is also a playground in the courtyard.

For active residents, Tali Sports Park with its padel courts, climbing park, and bowling alley, as well as various nature trails and hiking paths, are nearby.

The building is smoke-free, and smoking is prohibited in all indoor and outdoor areas. There are income limits for the building.

There are a total of 36 apartments ranging in size from 40 to 97 m2. The apartments include two-bedroom, three-bedroom, and four-bedroom units, suitable for couples and families with children. Pets are welcome.
