Act now, income limits will take effect at the beginning of 2025
The rents of M2-Kodit’s apartments are built with state support, and their rent determination criteria are regulated. Starting from the beginning of 2025, maximum income limits will be implemented for the resident selection of all state-subsidized rental apartments.
When you are applying for a new home from M2-Kodit or moving from one M2-Kodit apartment to another, we will take applicants’ income limits into account in the resident selection process starting in 2025.

In the calculation of income limits, the permanent gross income of the household is taken into account. Gross income refers to the total income of an individual or household before taxes and other deductions. It includes all earned income, such as salaries, pensions, and social benefits (excluding certain benefits like housing allowances), as well as other permanent income.
