M2-Kodit’s reputation strengthens among Finns – Awareness grows significantly
M2-Kodit’s reputation has clearly improved among the general Finnish public, according to the Trust & Reputation 2025 study. The overall score for M2-Kodit rose from 3.25 to 3.44 (on a scale of 1 to 5), and brand awareness increased by 26 percent, with nearly half of Finns now recognizing the name M2-Kodit.
“The rise in our reputation reflects persistent and successful work in the rental market. Affordable housing is an important issue for many Finns, and we are pleased that our efforts are being recognized,” says Minna Pääkkönen, Communications and Marketing Director at Y-Foundation Group.
The results reflect growing public trust in M2-Kodit’s responsible and affordable rental housing and reinforce the company’s goal to provide safe homes for different life situations across Finland.
The Trust & Reputation 2025 study was conducted by T-Media between April and May 2025. The survey included 1,169 Finns, and the results are comparable to previous studies.
