M2-Kodit’s new apartments in Kannelmäki, Helsinki and Lamminpää, Tampere are scheduled for completion in autumn 2025. Application period is open.

Located in the peaceful Lamminpää neighborhood, this development offers modern rental homes close to public transport and services. The area is also known for its extensive and well-lit outdoor routes, ideal for year-round recreation in nature.

Resident selection has begun

The resident selection process for these developments has started and will continue through the summer—and into autumn if needed—until all apartments are filled. These homes are built with government support, which means specific criteria apply when selecting residents. These include the urgency of housing need, maximum income limits, and city-specific asset limits.

Resident selection is based on individual housing need rather than the order of applications. Because the application situation is constantly changing, we are unable to provide updates on the progress of selections while they are ongoing.

New developments typically receive more applications than there are available apartments, so we unfortunately cannot guarantee a housing offer for all applicants. Those selected for an apartment will be contacted by email and text message during the summer—or by autumn at the latest. The apartments will be ready to move into on October 1, 2025.
