M2-Kodit residents’ internet connection will be upgraded – services will be transferred to Elisa.

M2-Kodit and Elisa have entered into a cooperation agreement under which all internet and cable TV services for M2-Kodit residents will be provided by Elisa.

Following the change, the basic internet speed included in M2-Kodit residents’ rent will increase from the current 50 Mbit/s to 100 Mbit/s. In addition, in some properties the service provider will change to Elisa.

The changes will be implemented in phases during late 2026 and early 2027. Residents will later receive more detailed information from Elisa regarding the schedule for their specific property, as well as instructions for activating the internet connection.

In properties where Elisa’s connection is already in use, the change will take effect on 1 October 2026.
