Applications for new developments can only be submitted once the application period for the property begins, at which time apartment-specific details will be published on the website. If you already have an application, you can update your existing application once the application period opens.

Apartment selections for new developments begin approximately two weeks after the application period opens. Selections will continue until the entire building is fully occupied.

We will only contact applicants to whom we are able to offer an apartment.

Unfortunately, we are unable to contact applicants individually if an apartment cannot be offered. In new developments, the number of applicants may be significantly higher than the number of available apartments.

Yes, pets are allowed.

For safety reasons, property viewings can only take place once the building is sufficiently ready. Interested parties will be notified by email if a viewing is scheduled. These viewings provide a general introduction to the building under construction, allowing a limited opportunity to explore the space. Not all apartment types may be available—typically, only one floor and a selection of units are shown.
