Welcome to M2-Kodit
Application period for Henttaa has begun
Brand new rental homes will be completed in the Kokinniitty residential area in Henttaa, Espoo. The seven-story building will feature a total of 79 apartments, ranging from studios to four-room family homes.
New income limits – see how they affect you
M2-Kodit apartments are built with government subsidies, and their rent determination is regulated. Starting from the beginning of 2025, maximum income limits were introduced for the resident selection process for all government-subsidized rental apartments. Going forward, income will be considered when you apply for a new home from M2-Kodit or move from one M2-Kodit apartment to another.
