Affordable apartments
M2-Homes’ mission is to provide clean rental homes that residents can afford. Even though the rent is affordable, that doesn’t mean that comfort is compromised.
The renovation of old M2 homes is taken care of with the Koti kuntoon apartment renovation, where the apartments get new surfaces, appliances and bathrooms. After the Koti kuntoon renovation, the apartment will be like new!
If at least two years have passed since your home was renovated or your new home was completed, you can apply for tools and paints for self-painting.
Free internet
Almost all M2-Homes apartments have a free 50 Mbit/s internet connection. Depending on the property, the internet is provided by Elisa or DNA.
Pets allowed
Whether your beloved family member is a dog, cat, rabbit or guinea pig, they are welcome to live with you at M2-Homes. Pets are allowed in all of our rental homes, except for the Hyvinkää Allergy Home.

Who can apply for M2-Kodit apartment?
M2-Kodit rental apartments are ordinary rental apartments, homes for all of us! We follow a needs assessment in selecting residents, meaning the aim is to provide housing for those who need it the most.

There is no defined minimum stay for the apartments. The lease is valid until further notice, and the notice period is one calendar month.

In most cases, no security deposit is required. If you have lost your credit record, you can still apply for an apartment. In such cases, depending on the situation, a security deposit equal to 1–3 months’ rent may be requested.

Applications are reviewed daily. Tenant selection is not based on the order of applications but on the urgency of the housing need as well as income and asset limits. This means that another applicant may receive an offer before you, even if you applied earlier. Your application is valid for 3 months and is automatically considered for all apartments that match your criteria during that time.

We generally do not arrange public viewings. You can view the apartment after receiving a housing offer, at which point you can still decide whether to accept it. You can only receive an offer if you have a valid housing application.

Apartments listed on the website remain visible until the lease agreement is signed. However, an apartment may already be offered to another applicant, and we must wait for their response by the given deadline before offering it to someone else. Housing offers are sent to applicants daily.
