Renovation costs do not affect rents in other properties

M2-Kodit invests in the comfort and condition of its apartments through extensive renovations. While the rent for renovated apartments may slightly increase, the costs of these improvements do not impact the rent of other properties. In state-subsidized rental housing, rents are determined on a cost-price basis, meaning rental income is used solely for property maintenance and management—profit is not the objective.

Renovations enhance living comfort and extend the lifespan of properties, ensuring that apartments remain functional, modern, and meet today’s housing needs.
