In Friisinmäki, Espoo, at Friisinmäenaukio 7, there are six 2-storey apartment buildings completed in 2022, with a total of 56 apartments. 25 of the apartments are rented by M2-Kodit, the rest are rented by the City of Espoo. All apartments are intended for young adults aged 18-29. You can live in the apartments until the age of 35.

The apartments are completely non-smoking, including a ban on loft smoking. There is a separate smoking area in the courtyard.
