In the rapidly developing Postipuisto area of North Pasila, M2-Kodit completed an 8-story apartment building in the fall of 2021.

North Pasila’s Postipuisto as a residential area

North Pasila’s Postipuisto is a new and developing urban residential area close to Pasila and Käpylä stations. This area represents the new Helsinki and will become a diverse and pleasant residential area with services that better meet the needs of the tenants. It is located near Pasila station and the versatile services of the Tripla shopping center, from shops to a cinema, making it an excellent choice for those who value good public transport and proximity to services. Käpylä train station is also within a short walking distance.

Central Park, located just a stone’s throw away, offers a variety of recreational activities year-round. The theme of the Postipuisto area is community, and the area features a communal building called Postivarikko, which is available to all tenants in the area. Postivarikko includes a workshop for various art and crafts courses, guided fitness classes, and a sports hall with free open play sessions for tenants.

Postipuisto has its own daycare center. Nearby schools are currently in Maunula, but plans for a primary school in the area are in place as the community grows and develops. The area already has a local grocery store and restaurants.
