Storage rooms and common areas
Storage cage
Most of our buildings have storage cages for each apartment for tenants. They are meant for storing household items. Petrol, gas cylinders, fireworks or other highly flammable materials must not be stored in the storage space.
Remember to empty your storage space when moving out.
The corridors must be kept clear for fire safety reasons.
Outdoor equipment storage room
Each tenant can use the common storage spaces of the building, including the outdoor equipment storage room. You can use the outdoor equipment storage room, for example to store bicycles or prams. Due to the possibility of a fire hazard, it is forbidden to store these items in the stairwell or the corridors of the storage.
Highly flammable materials must not be stored in the outdoor equipment storage room, and the space is not meant for storing unnecessary items. Take the unnecessary items, for example to the nearest recycling centre. It is the tenants’ responsibility to keep the outdoor equipment storage room tidy.
The doors to the outdoor equipment storage room remain locked. Make sure to close the doors when you leave.
Club room
Most of our buildings have a club room available for tenants’ use. Tenants can reserve the club room for their use, for example to organise private events. Remember to keep the club room clean and always clean the space after use. Please avoid disturbing the neighbours.
The reservation method varies between the buildings. Please contact the building committee for information on how to reserve the club room. The contact information can be found on the notice board.
