Check your income, for example, from your latest payslip or tax certificate, and compare it to the table found on this page. If your household income falls below the maximum income limit presented in the table, you can apply to become a resident of M2-Kodit.
Starting from the beginning of 2025, the maximum income limit for a single-person household will be €3,540 per month. If the household includes multiple adults, the limit increases by €2,480 for each adult. For children, the limit rises by €650 for the first child and €600 for each additional child.

In the calculation of income limits, the permanent gross income of the household is taken into account. Gross income refers to the total income of an individual or household before taxes and other deductions. It includes all earned income, such as salaries, pensions, and social benefits (excluding certain benefits like housing allowances), as well as other permanent income.
