OmaM2 — Making Your Living Easier
OmaM2 is an online service for M2-Kodit residents, giving you easy, around-the-clock access to things you need to manage your home.
The service was updated in summer 2025 — create your OmaM2 account today and make everyday living that little bit easier!
With OmaM2, you can:

How to Get Started with OmaM2

Go to omam2.m2kodit.fi. Choose EN for English language.

If you don’t yet have an account, click ‘Register’.

Read and accept the terms of use, then verify your identity using strong electronic identification.

Create your account by entering your current email address and choosing a password, following the instructions provided.

Make sure your email address and password are entered exactly as intended — including capital letters where applicable.

You’ll receive a confirmation code by email — enter the code in the space provided.

Congratulations! Your OmaM2 account has been successfully created and you can now log in and start using the service.

OmaM2 service is available to residents of M2-Kodit who have signed a valid tenancy agreement. Anyone named on the lease may register.
Other occupants not listed in the contract are not eligible.

You’ll need:

A valid tenancy agreement with M2-Kodit.

Access to an active email account.

Capability for strong authentication.

Time to fully complete the registration process in one sitting.
Make sure to enter your email address correctly and pay attention to capital letters. If you use them in registration, you must use them for login as well.
Only one OmaM2 account is permitted per tenant.

We use strong authentication to protect your personal data. The platform gives you access to sensitive information, such as your rent payment history and tenancy agreement.

Yes – email is case-sensitive in this system. If you registered with “Matti.Mallikas@example.fi”, you cannot sign in as “matti.mallikas@example.fi”. Make sure you pay attention to whether you use them or not.

Not just yet. You may only register once your lease has officially started.

Check that your email address and password exactly match what you used during registration – capitalisation matters. If you’re unsure of your details, customer service can help.
Forgot your password? Use the “Forgot your password” link to request a reset code via your registered email.

Ensure you’re using the same email address as used during registration — including any uppercase letters. If you’re still stuck or don’t know which email you used, contact our customer service team, and we’ll help you.
The reset link will send you a code to your email, which you can use to reset your password. The code is valid for 24 hours if you stay on the page.

If you need to update your registered email, please get in touch with customer services. We’ll delete your old account so you can re-register using your new email address.

Please allow 3–5 business days for payments to reflect in the system. If the payment isn’t visible after this, contact customer service at m2.asiakaspalvelu@ysaatio.fi and we’ll look into it.
