Rent adjustments for the year 2024
M2-Kodit’s rents will rise by an average of 6 % in 2024. The rent increases are based on higher management and financing costs.
Differences in rents between properties and apartments are also affected by the rent-setting system we use and the apartment-by-apartment breakdown. Our rents consist of construction, repair, maintenance and management costs. Our rents are not intended for profit.
The new rents and operating fees for 2024 are valid from 1 March 2024. Up-to-date rental information is always available on OmaM2.
