Eligibility
The raffle is open to all private individuals aged 18 or over residing in Finland, excluding employees of M2-Kodit and Y-Säätiö and their family members.
By participating in the raffle, the participant agrees to comply with the raffle rules and the decisions made by M2-Kodit based on these rules. M2-Kodit reserves the right, without separate notice, to disregard any participation that does not comply with the raffle rules.
Participation Period
The participation period for the raffle is from 30 June to 17 August 2025, unless otherwise announced. Entries submitted outside the participation period will not be accepted.
Participation and Winner Selection
You can participate in the raffle online at M2-Kodit’s website at
m2kodit.fi/kesakampanja by filling in your contact details. Participation is limited to one entry per person.
The raffle draw will take place on 21 August 2025. M2-Kodit will select the winner and contact them personally by email. M2-Kodit reserves the right to select a new winner if the original winner cannot be reached via the contact details provided within two (2) business days.
The winner must be able to prove their identity and age upon request. The winner may refuse to accept the prize.
Prize
M2-Kodit will raffle one (1) gift card to Veke among all eligible entries. The value of the gift card is 500 euros.
M2-Kodit will cover the delivery costs of the prize to the winner. The prize cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to a third party. M2-Kodit will pay the legally required lottery tax on the prize.
Processing of Personal Data
Personal data provided by participants will be processed for the purpose of conducting the raffle, contacting winners, and delivering prizes, in accordance with applicable data protection legislation. The data controller is M2-Kodit, responsible for the implementation of the raffle. Personal data will not be disclosed to third parties. Other Notes
M2-Kodit reserves the right to amend the rules without separate notice. M2-Kodit may also correct or change the rules during the participation period to fix any typographical or other errors. Any disputes regarding the application or interpretation of the rules will be resolved by M2-Kodit.
M2-Kodit reserves the right to reject all entries of a participant without notice if the participant’s information is not their own or if there is suspicion of abuse or violation of the rules. M2-Kodit is not liable for any damages caused or alleged to be caused directly or indirectly by participation in this raffle, claiming or using the prize.
M2-Kodit is not responsible for printing errors, errors in participants’ contact information, or technical issues preventing participation in the raffle, acceptance of the prize, or its use.
