A six-story rental apartment building was completed at Pihatörmä 2 in October 2023. The building has a total of 58 apartments, ranging from studios to larger three-room apartments. Located close to extensive services and good transport connections, the building offers excellent living conditions. It is within walking distance of the Iso Omena shopping center.

The building offers a wide range of shared facilities. For the residents’ enjoyment, there is a building sauna, laundry room, drying rooms, and a common room where both communal and private events can be held. Adjacent to the sauna is a cooling courtyard. Storage needs are met with individual storage spaces for each apartment, as well as storage for outdoor equipment and strollers. There are a total of 58 apartments, ranging in size from 30 to 65 m². The building offers studios, one-bedroom, and three-room apartments to meet the needs of singles, couples, and families alike. Pets are also welcome.

The apartments offer well-designed solutions and comfort, with an emphasis on functional materials. The floors are easy-to-maintain laminate. Kitchens are equipped with ceramic stoves, dishwashers, and refrigerator-freezer combos. Bathrooms feature stylish tiling and space for a washing machine.

Each apartment has a glazed balcony facing southwest. The windows also face southwest. Blinds are installed on the windows and balcony doors.

The rent includes a 50 Mbit/s internet connection. Water charges are prepaid at €20 per person per month and settled twice a year based on consumption. Sauna sessions can be booked through an electronic reservation system. The sauna fee is €5 per session.
