M2-Kodit is a company owned entirely by the Y-Foundation. M2-Kodit has over 11 500 rental apartments across Finland. We offer rental homes that our residents can afford. Our company operates on a cost basis and our rental rates are defined according to the Housing Finance and Development Centre of Finland’s policies, which makes them genuinely reasonable. We are a non-profit organisation.
