Located at Laivalahdenkaari 18, Kaivolahdenkatu 5 within walking distance from the metro station, this apartment building was completed in 1992 and renovated in 2021. During the renovation, the apartments became as good as new, as all surfaces, appliances, and fixtures in the entire building were replaced. Bathrooms were tiled, and the floors of the apartments were upgraded to stylish and easy-to-maintain vinyl planks. With the renovation, every apartment now includes its own dishwasher.
