A five-story apartment building is under construction at Taitajankatu 10 in Lamminrahka, Kangasala, offering 29 cozy rental homes ranging from one- to two-bedroom apartments. The building will be completed at the turn of the year, and tenants can move in after Epiphany. The building has an elevator.

The rent includes a 50 Mbit/s internet connection provided by DNA, and pets are allowed.

For tenants’ shared use, there will be a common room on the first floor where residents can organize events with neighbors or for private occasions. Additionally, the first floor features a communal sauna, a laundry room, and a drying room. Tenants also have access to a storage room for outdoor equipment.
