Sompiontie 1, located in the Uhkola area of Riihimäki, is a terraced house with a total of 25 apartments, completed in 1992. The house consists of comfortable two- and three-bedroom apartments with good floor plans.

Uhkola as a residential area

Riihimäki has good basic services and shopping is also available in the town’s factory outlets and small speciality shops. In the city centre, Riihimäki’s Little Toy Shop, a favourite with families with children, is an attraction in itself. For those interested in culture, visit the Finnish Glass Museum, which has changing exhibitions on the history and design of glass.

There are 25 apartments, ranging in size from 45 to 77.5 m2, with two- and three-bedroom apartments for single people, couples and families with children. Pets are also welcome. Each apartment has its own sauna and a small patio.

The rent includes 50 Mbps internet connection, water and use of the laundry.
