Nauhatehtaanraitti 5 will be completed in September 2025, bringing new, high-quality rental homes to the Lamminpää district of Tampere. The building comprises a total of 59 state-subsidised rental apartments. This modern and energy-efficient property features solar panels that produce part of the building’s electricity. The property has an energy class rating of A.

The building’s shared facilities offer convenience and comfort for everyday living: residents have access to a sauna, laundry room, drying room, and a communal space. A safe playground will be built in the courtyard, shared with the neighbouring property. There are 30 parking spaces in total — 10 under a carport and 20 in the open yard.
