If you detect a fault in your building or flat that requires immediate attention, such as water damage, call the maintenance company immediately, regardless of the time. You can find the contact information for your building’s maintenance company on the notice board in the hallway or under “Etsi oma talosi” (“Find your building”).
Regional customer service offices
We prefer you contact us either online or by phone. M2-Kodit also has regional offices, where you can discuss matters concerning building management and renting services face to face. You can fill out an application for a flat at the office, submit your notice or ask about matters related to the tenancy.
