For the applicant

Who can apply for a flat from M2-Kodit?

M2-Kodit aims to offer flats to those who need them the most. This is why the flats have private wealth limitations. By private wealth, we mean, for instance, shares in a housing company, properties, funds and stocks. By private wealth, we do not mean, for instance, income, savings on your bank account or a car. From private wealth, we deduct any debts allocated to it, such as remaining mortgage.

Because M2-Kodit is funded by ARA, the residential selection follows ARA’s guidelines.
