Our customer service will help you with questions regarding applying for an apartment. Please understand that due to high demand, we can’t give you updates about your application.

Our customer service will help you with all your housing needs. You can check your house information and bulletins, your payment details or your housing change notifications directly from OmaM2 self-service.

Maintenance
Urgent maintenance requests
If you notice an urgent faults in your house or building, such as water leak or other that might endanger living and require immediate attention, call to your maintenance company regardless of the time.
- Maintenance phone number: You can find your maintenance company’s phone number in OmaM2 service, on the stairwell notice board or in Find your house service (in Finnish).
Regular maintenance requests
Report non-urgent faults by filling in the form online. Non-urgent faults are those that do not endanger your home.

Regional offices
We prefer you contact us either online or by phone. M2-Kodit also has regional offices, where you can discuss matters concerning building management and renting services face to face. You can fill out an application for a flat at the office, submit your notice or ask about matters related to the tenancy.
