M2-Kodit offers youth housing for young adults. The youth apartments are intended for young adults aged 18–29 years. You can live in the apartment until you turn 35 years.

Reasonably priced youth apartments across Finland
M2 has rental apartments in over 30 locations across Finland. In addition, we have a few properties that are specifically youth housing. These apartments are intended for applicants aged 18–29. At M2-Kodit, you can live in youth housing until the age of 35. There are options available for both individuals and couples.
Applications are assessed based on need, meaning that youth apartments are primarily offered to those who need them the most.
