Parking spaces
You can rent a parking space for your car or motorcycle. Please contact the maintenance company to enquire about available spaces.
You can rent a parking space if you are one of the people who signed the tenancy agreement and live in the apartment. You must also have registered your move with the Digital and Population Data Services Agency and the maintenance company. You can find the maintenance company’s contact details on the notice board in the stairwell or on your building’s website.
Charging an electric vehicle
Electric vehicle charging is available at properties with designated charging spaces. We are not currently installing any new charging spaces. If you need a charging space, please contact the maintenance company to enquire about availability.
Parking rules
Access routes in the yard, including emergency access routes, must always be kept clear. Parking in the yard is only permitted while loading or unloading items. Visitor parking spaces are for short-term parking only.
As the tenant renting a parking space, you are responsible for clearing snow from your space during winter.
Garages must not be used for storage, and flammable liquids must not be stored in them. Washing, servicing or repairing cars in garages is not permitted.
